The Man, The Myth, The Legend
Where to begin... I have only been teaching at A. L. Brown for a year and I'm lovin' it. My wife, children and I moved from DE- go Blue Hens- a year ago. We have twin boys, Mattox and Gavin, (18 mo. old), a baby girl on the way and the most spoiled (and furiest)child of all, Dakota (lab/austrailian shepherd mix). Yes, we are as crazy as this seems. I am certifiable as I will explain later.
I have been teaching high school for six years now and I'm still l-i-v-i-n. I, however, did not set out to be a teacher. I graduated from Western Maryland College with a BA in Biology in hopes of becoming a marine biologist. After graduating college, I was offered a coaching position for the Rising Sun Football team in MD. I accepted and enjoyed working with the kids. So I thought, "Hey, why not teach?" Six years later I remain in the
classroom doing what I love.
As I stated earlier, I attended Western Maryland College and received my BA in Biology after 4, yes count them 4, years. While teaching, I attended the University of Delaware ARTC program to receive my teacher's certification- see I told you I was certifiable. I am currently enrolled at Walden University where I am working towards a M. Ed. in Integrating Technology in the Classroom. I will finish in the fall of 08.
One last thing... E-A-G-L-E-S EAGLES!!!
